AFFORDABLE PREMIUM HOMES IN THE MOST BEAUTIFULL AREA OF ARANYHEGY

The size of our current building lot is 1462 m² (15,770 ft²). The project consists of a 180 m² (1942 ft²) family dwelling, and a duplex, each with the net size of 109 m²(1176 ft²).

This area of the III rd. district is one of the most vibrant development sites of the capital. The building lot is surrounded by beautiful new home developments. Undistracted view from other neighboring homes is an extra added feature to our project. Bus stop is about 70 m from the property.

The property shall be approached through a 172 m² (1855 ft²) private road commencing from Óarany Street. Thus leaving us with a 1288 m² (13,900 ft²) building site, onto we erect the two story luxury dwellings.
Each unit has its own balcony and private garden. In the case of the family dwelling the size of the terrace exceeds 70 m² (755 ft²).

ADDED FEATURES

HEATING

It is part of our philosophy that, on one hand we are conscious about our surrounding nature, and on the other side, we very much care about our clients’ future operating cost as far as their home is concerned.
Therefore instead of conventional gas, we use heat-pumps for heating and cooling. In the living areas we use “ceiling-heat and “ceiling-cooling” together with floor heating. The floor heating in living area is only used for added comfort to occupants. In toilettes, bathrooms, garage, and storage, we only use floor heating.

WINDOWS AND ENTRANCE DOORS

Condignly to our home building quality we only use natural wooden windows with triple glasses layer to further ensure the highest insulation value of the homes.

ELECTRICITY

To further enhance our electrically very well equipped homes, we build out internet and television connections, video entrance gate-watch with possibility for indoor operation.
